She served as one of the content experts and presenters of the workshop...Her experiences and suggestions personally as a person living with Sickle Cell Disease and professionally were insightful and very helpful in the implementation of a number of initiatives at my own institution. It’s one thing to get help as you request it, but another altogether when the assistance and advice you receive goes above and beyond your request. "Ms. Nicklaine has been, and continues to be, an amazing resource and mentor for me as I navigate my nursing career.
